Modern Building Solutions – $10,000 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period
This promotion runs from 1 November 2025 to 31 January 2026 (Promotion Period).
Eligibility
- To enter, the customer must sign a build contract with Modern Building Solutions during the Promotion Period.
- “Sign” means the customer has executed the build contract in full and paid any required initial deposit as stated in the contract.
- The promotion is open to New Zealand residents only.
- Employees of Modern Building Solutions, its partners, and their immediate families are not eligible.
Entry into the Draw
- Each eligible build contract signed within the Promotion Period automatically counts as one entry.
- If a customer signs more than one qualifying contract, each contract counts as a separate entry.
Prize Details
- The prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000 NZD).
- The prize will be paid by bank transfer to the winner.
When the Prize Is Paid
- The prize will be paid once the winner’s build has commenced, meaning construction has officially started on their Modern Building Solutions build.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen at random on or around 7 February 2026.
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their contract. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, Modern Building Solutions reserves the right to redraw.
General Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any other product or service.
- Modern Building Solutions reserves the right to verify eligibility.
- If the winning contract is cancelled for any reason, the prize will not be awarded and a redraw may take place.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Publicity
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Modern Building Solutions may use their first name and general location (e.g., “Hamilton”) for promotional purposes. No additional personal information will be shared without consent.
