Design & Quote

We work with you to design the ideal layout and size for your project. Once we confirm the design and position on site, we’ll put together a tailored proposal for your review.

We even complete a free feasibilty check at this stage!

Signup

Our online quoting system makes it easy to review your inclusions and build specifications, with the flexibility to add or remove upgrades.

Once you're ready to move forward, you simply click accept!

Finalise Plans
& Consent

Your project manager will coordinate your required reports and work with our architect on your plans. You'll have two chances of revisions to make any tweaks, and once you're happy, we'll lodge everything with the council.

At this stage, you'll also finalise your colour choices!

Time to Build

Next, your new home will be built in our weather-protected factory production line. This means zero weather delays, no damaged materials, leaving our skilled team to keep everything running seamlessly.

We handle the build while you relax!

Progress Updates & Payments

You’ll receive photo updates at every invoice stage so you can easily track your build’s progress. Site visits are also warmly welcomed so you can watch your home come together firsthand.

Delivery

Once built, your home is carefully transported to your site and positioned onto its foundations. Our team manages the whole delivery process to ensure a smooth, hassle-free installation.

Site Connection & Completion

To wrap things up, your site works will need to be completed, we can handle all of your siteworks, just the specific parts you need help with, or leave you to arrange them entirely yourself.
